## The people behind the platform.
InsightRX is led by a team of seasoned healthcare and technology executives who are redefining how precision medicine is delivered.
### Sirj Goswami, PhD
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Sirj is a scientist, entrepreneur, and healthcare technology enthusiast. Before InsightRX, he worked as a pharmacometrician and data scientist at Pfizer and Genentech, supporting the clinical development of new drugs. He completed an FDA fellowship at UCSF and holds a PhD in pharmacogenomics and pharmacometrics, with a dissertation focused on optimizing therapy in patients with Type 2 Diabetes.

### Ron Keizer, PhD, PharmD
Co-Founder & Chief Scientific Officer
With a PharmD and PhD in clinical pharmacology, Ron is also a software engineer and has developed software for applied modeling and simulation used by over 50 pharmaceutical companies and the FDA. After various research positions at leading universities, Ron is now our Chief Scientific Officer.

### Ranvir Mangat, MS
Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Ranvir is a bioengineer with 5+ years of experience as a pharmacometrics researcher at Genentech, leading PK/PD analytics for various drug candidates in early and late stage clinical trials. His interests lie in applying advanced data analytics and software solutions to improve the effectiveness and management of drug treatments.

### Sheldon Shi, PhD
VP, Engineering
Sheldon is an engineering executive and entrepreneur with 20 years of experience building web and mobile products across SaaS, digital health, and EdTech. He is a hands-on leader with expertise spanning software development, DevOps, QA, performance, and compliance — known for building high-trust teams that consistently deliver.

### Jon Faldasz, PharmD
Senior Director, Product and Customer Experience
Jon holds a PharmD and BCPS, with residency training in Pediatrics at Rady Children's Hospital and Infectious Disease at UC San Diego. He brings nearly ten years of experience as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at UCSF and other hospitals, with strong expertise in applied pharmacokinetics and healthcare professional education.

### Jasmine Hughes, PhD
Head of Clinical Data Science
Jasmine is a researcher and engineer with over ten years of experience applying mathematical and statistical models to life sciences, from cancer biology to pharmacokinetics. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill and a PhD in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley and UCSF. She is also an adjunct professor at SUNY Buffalo.

### Vanessa Burns, PhD
Senior Director of Biopharma Product
Vanessa is bringing her multifaceted background in scientific research, entrepreneurship, and product management to InsightRX. Prior to joining, Vanessa received her PhD from Stanford University, where her research focused on the neural mechanisms underlying disease states, particularly depression. She also founded a startup which aimed to help people realign their circadian rhythms during sleep.
